About this tender

Project goals This EOI is intended to assess proponents’ ability to deliver a reliable, scalable and operationally resilient solution under highly variable production conditions and may inform a subsequent Selective Request for Tender or Direct Negotiation process. Scope Scope of service or goods required Sydney Water will assess the EOI responses against the following capability areas: Collection and Transport Capability Demonstrated ability to reliably collect and transport of water treatment sludge, including the provision of appropriate vehicles, trailers and suitably qualified drivers. Beneficial Reuse Capability and Capacity Previous experience or ability to lawfully and practically beneficially reuse sludge, including access to suitable reuse pathways, facilities and markets, and the capacity to consistently receive and process material. Relevant Experience Demonstrated experience in similar collection, transport and beneficial reuse operations within the water, waste or resource recovery sectors. Regulatory Compliance Compliance with all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements relevant to the collection, transport and reuse of material.
