About this tender

Overview The NSW Department of Education is seeking expressions of interest from organisations with the capability to provide financial or in-kind support for Schools Spectacular 2027 and 2028, either or both. About Schools Spectacular is the NSW Department of Education's premier performing and creative arts event, staged in late November 2027 and 2028 at Afterpay Arena and broadcast nationally in early December each year. SpecFest, the event's outdoor entertainment zone, offers families a gathering point for entertainment and experiential activations, along with a range of food and beverage offerings before and after the show. Partners contribute support for a range of activities, resources and initiatives that enhance the Schools Spectacular experience for over 6,000 students, 600 teachers and 28,000 audience members. The department provides profiling and other benefits in return. Sponsorship Opportunities The Schools Spectacular prospectus details current opportunities for: Sponsorship Value-in-kind support Advertising Experiential activations The event offers sponsors the opportunity to: Demonstrate corporate social responsibility Further support the participation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, students from rural and remote areas of NSW and students with disability Engage with teachers, students and school communities from across NSW Create brand awareness Access valuable insights into target audiences Organisations are invited to express interest in providing cash or value-in-kind sponsorship contributions for Schools Spectacular 2027 and 2028, either or both. Some opportunities are also still available for Schools Spectacular 2026. Tailored sponsorship packages and multi-year agreements may be negotiated to meet an organisation's objectives. Advertising and activation opportunities are also available. Details of the goods and services organisations wish to provide can be included in the online response form.
