About this tender
Overview The NSW Department of Education is inviting organisations to submit an expression of interest for sponsorship and advertising opportunities in support of CAPERS 2027, an arena-style performance by students held at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre. About CAPERS is an arena-style performance by students that unites local communities in celebration of the talents of public school students and teachers from the New England and North West areas of NSW. The event is held every two years and will take place on Friday 12 November and Saturday 13 November 2027. Partners contribute support that enhances the CAPERS experience for over 2,000 students, 120 teachers, and over 4,000 audience members, with the department providing profiling and other benefits in return. Purpose The goal of CAPERS is to foster student achievement, equity, and self-expression. By actively engaging in collaborative artistic activities, students develop confidence and motivation, which can lead to improved attendance, academic performance, and overall well-being. Sponsorship Opportunities The CAPERS prospectus details current opportunities for sponsorship and value-in-kind support. Organisations are invited to express interest in providing cash or value-in-kind sponsorship contributions for CAPERS 2027. Tailored sponsorship packages may be negotiated to meet an organisation's objectives. Advertising and activation opportunities are also available, with rates set out in the online response form. Details of the goods and services an organisation wishes to provide can be included in the online response form.
