About this tender
Overview Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to trade at the upcoming Most Blessed Nights event, to be held in February and March 2027. The event welcomes all stallholders and the Council warmly encourages local businesses to apply. Scope The scope includes: Trading as a stallholder at the Most Blessed Nights event across the following weeks: Week 1: Friday 11th February till Sunday 14th February 2027 Week 2: Friday 19th February till Sunday 21st February 2027 Week 3: Friday 26th March till Sunday 28th February 2027 Week 4: Friday 5th March till Sunday 7th March 2027 Event time: 6pm to 12am Contractor Requirements Vendors must be available to trade for the full 3-day event; if accepted, vendors are committing to trading for all 3 days if offered for that specific week Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered Vendors must be culturally relevant to the event theme How to Apply EOI applications close on Monday 9 November at 5pm.
