EOI Local Contractor Panel - Handyman / General Maintenance Services Uralla Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to join a two (2) year open Local Contractor Panel for Handyman / General Maintenance Services across Council’s operations and service areas. This panel will support the delivery of safe, reliable, and value-for-money building and carpentry services to Council facilities, infrastructure and community assets, while strengthening engagement with local and regional suppliers. This Expression of Interest is undertaken in accordance with Council’s Procurement Policy 2025 and Procurement Procedures 2025 and is intended to establish a compliant contractor panel to support future procurement activities. What are Handyman Services? Handyman/general maintenance services include, but are not limited to: • General property maintenance • Minor carpentry repairs • Minor roofing repairs • Door, lock and hardware repairs • Furniture repairs and assembly • Painting touch-ups and patching • Gutter cleaning • Fence and gate repairs • Playground and park equipment maintenance • Pressure cleaning • Minor concreting and paving repairs • Installation of fixtures, fittings and signage • Associated reactive and minor capital works.
