About this tender

2026-27 - Establishment of Panel for Hydro Mulch and Bush-Regeneration Works The Procurement will establish a panel of contractors to provide revegetation and environmental rehabilitation services across Council’s program of works. The contract will be structured around two separable portions under a single panel arrangement: Category 1 – Hydro Mulch Works - Supply and application of hydro mulch suitable for site conditions. - Use of approved seed mixes, binders, fertilisers, and soil conditioners. - Ancillary works associated with hydro mulching. - Compliance with manufacturer specifications and Council requirements. - Establishment of watering regimes (where required and as specified per site specific Scope of Works. - Ongoing weed control in planted and rehabilitated areas (manual/chemical where approved - Monitoring, inspections, reporting and performance assessment over time (e.g., up to three years where required) - Best practice chemical and/or physical treatment of weeds (e.g., spot spray, cut/scrape/paint, drill & inject, frilling, hand pulling) as appropriate to species and site constraints. - Compliance with approvals and site environmental constraints. Category 2 – Bush-Regeneration Works - Supply of tube stock of varying types, local natives. - Installation including soil preparation, planting, protection (tree guards), mulching and initial watering. - Replacement/infilling during establishment where required. - Establishment of watering regimes (where required and as specified per site specific Scope of Works. - Ongoing weed control in planted and rehabilitated areas (manual/chemical where approved) - Infilling and replacement planting as specified (per site specific Scope of Works) - Monitoring, inspections, reporting and performance assessment over time (e.g., up to three years where required) - Best practice chemical and/or physical treatment of weeds (e.g., spot spray, cut/scrape/paint, drill & inject, frilling, hand pulling) as appropriate to species and site constraints. - Compliance with approvals and site environmental constraints. Works will be called up progressively across multiple sites via Supply Orders under a Standing Offer Agreement Each Supply Order will define the location, scope, applicable separable portions, timeframes, and performance requirements. The contract will be structured as a schedule of rates arrangement to allow flexibility in quantities, scope mix, timing and site conditions.
