As outlined in the RFT suite of documentation. --- This contract is for Upgradation and replacement of Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units in St Helena & Tugun Bypass Tunnels server rooms. This work consists of but not limited to the upgrading and replacing the existing CRAC Units and locating/potholing utilities on site. All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period. All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
