RFT-2014641. NSW Police Academy Boiler Heaters Replacement. Goulburn Academy's existing gas-fired boiler heating plant has reached end of life and requires replacement to maintain reliable building heating in Towers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and Building D. The Contractor is to Design & Construct the new Gas Boiler Heating System. Scope: Option 1 - Supply & Install New System Full replacement of heating plant and ancillary equipment with modern, high-efficiency systems designed for 20+ years of reliable service. Option 2 - Minimum Boiler Replacement Replace the failed boilers while retaining and re-using the existing ancillary equipment. All Contractors visiting and working in the Police Academy must obtain ESP Police Vetting Approval.
