SR01100 - Portable Toilets Panel (2026 - 2028) Placemaking NSW (PMNSW) is seeking to establish a new Panel Agreement (PA) which covers the required services. The final number of suppliers will be based on how many are required to cover the available clusters, with suppliers able to bid on one or multiple clusters. Given the profile associated with Sydney NYE, the core objective of establishing a PA is to ensure the provision, installation, maintenance and removal of portable toilets and supplementary water services across NYE precincts: The Rocks & Circular Quay, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour, and Ballast Point Park.
