CD25/3031 - Hire of Light Vehicles Plant and Equipment 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 This tender is for the Supply of Hire of Light Vehicles, Plant and Equipment to Dubbo Regional Council as advertised for the period of 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028. Successful tenderers will join an existing list of pre-qualified tenderer’s for the remaining two years of the original three-year contract period. This tender is for the immediate/short term requirements of Dubbo Regional Council in all areas of its LGA. Successful suppliers should be able to meet the hire requirements in a short time frame. This Tender is to create a pre-qualified list of suppliers for Dubbo Regional Council to call on when requiring the advertised equipment from time to time. Supplier's should be aware, a compliant submission is not a guarantee of hire. Successful tenderer’s will be offered the opportunity to update their hire rates each twelve-month anniversary during the contract period.
