Q108-2026 - Supply and Delivery of AEDs Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of five (5) Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and associated outdoor-rated cabinets. This RFQ is for supply and delivery only and does not include installation. The successful supplier will be required to provide: - Five (5) AED units - Five (5) outdoor AED cabinets suitable for permanent outdoor installation - Product specifications and supporting documentation - Warranty information - Details regarding replacement consumables and ongoing product support arrangements Separate pricing is required for: - AED units - Outdoor cabinets - Adult replacement electrode pads - Children’s replacement electrode pads - Replacement batteries Pricing submitted shall include all costs associated with supply and delivery, including freight and any associated charges. Delivery shall be to Tamworth Regional Council’s Lockheed Street Depot, Tamworth NSW.Background information / Compatibility requirementsDetailsThe proposed AED units must: - Comply with all relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements accepted within Australia - Be listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) - Be supplied new and unused The proposed outdoor cabinets must: - Be suitable for permanent outdoor installation - Be compatible with the proposed AED units Suppliers shall complete and upload the Mandatory Submission Document as part of their submission, including all requested pricing, product information, compliance confirmations and declaration.Desired Outcomes ('Nice to haves', Conditions & Warranties, SLA's, Project benefits)DetailsCouncil is seeking reliable, compliant and fit-for-purpose AED equipment suitable for use across sporting facilities. Suppliers should provide: - Product brochures/specifications for proposed AED units and cabinets - Details of warranty periods - Availability of replacement consumables including pads and batteries - Details regarding ongoing product support arrangements - Proposed delivery timeframe Tamworth Regional Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation received and may seek clarification regarding any submission received.
