About this tender
SR01244. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Services for the New England Renewable Energy Zone. EnergyCo seeks to procure a qualified service provider to resource a team of three FTEs to support communications for the New England REZ project. The NE Communication & Engagement (C&E) team is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of communication materials and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The key objective is to deliver clear, timely and effective communication to build community understanding, maintain social licence and contribute to the successful delivery of the REZ. EnergyCo intends to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to deliver Community & Stakeholder Engagement Services which help support clear, timely and effective communication and engagement with the community and stakeholders as part of work to develop the NE REZ. The Service Provider will deliver this through engagement plans and strategies, building relationships with stakeholders, crafting external communication materials, and by providing strategic advice to the project team and proactively identifying and responding to issues. The Service Provider’s team will be required to integrate with the New England REZ project team, in particular, REZ co-ordination, environment and planning, technical, generator and access and work collaboratively with EnergyCo’s corporate divisions.
