About this tender
Northern Beaches Council is looking to create formal relationships with staffing agencies that can provide cooks who are reliable, fully compliant (completed food handling certificate and working with children check), and confident working in early education environments to fill ad hoc vacancies in Councils early learning services and other areas of Council. These pre-qualified lists ensure that all suppliers meet the business requirements and have appropriate levels of insurance. Suitable suppliers are invited to apply for inclusion on a pre-qualified list. This list will be used by staff across Councils Early Learning services to fill cooking staff vacancies at our services. Cooking staff provided by agencies are expected to have completed working with children checks and to be confident working in early education environments. Agency cooking staff will be expected to arrive on time for booked shifts and complete all tasks set within the required timeframes.
