Overview The Australian Federal Police (AFP) is seeking a provider of travel and occupational medical services for pre-employment, pre-deployment and post-deployment purposes for AFP appointees and their dependants. Scope The scope includes: Pre-employment medical services for AFP appointees Pre-deployment medical services for AFP appointees and their dependants Post-deployment medical services for AFP appointees and their dependants Eligibility Conditions for Participation: The Tenderer must have returned a properly executed Deed of Confidentiality to the AFP in accordance with the RFT The Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record required for its entity type Instructions to Tenderers The AFP will not make any RFT information available on AusTender. Tenderers should complete the AFP's required Deed of Confidentiality and send it to the AFP Contact Officer in order to be given access to the procurement information. This information will be made available via a secure link using the Tenderer's nominated email address. RFT documents, including any updates or addenda, will be made available via a secure link once a Tenderer has signed and provided to the AFP a Deed of Confidentiality via email to AFP-RFT@afp.gov.au. Once access has been provided, Tenderers should regularly check the secure link for any updates or addenda to the RFT. The signatory on the Deed of Confidentiality must also be the Tenderer that will be responsible for the RFT response. The RFT documents will be available no earlier than 4 September 2026. Notwithstanding the execution and provision of a Deed of Confidentiality, the AFP has absolute discretion to withhold, refuse or delay access to the RFT documents where, in the AFP's opinion, the Tenderer's Deed of Confidentiality or other information provided by the Tenderer is incomplete, insufficient, inaccurate, or otherwise gives rise to AFP concerns regarding the suitability of granting access to the RFT documents.
