About this tender
The AHO are seeking the services of a contract administrator (Consultant) to perform the role of AHO superintendent to oversee the Project and act as the point of contact for the construction. Project goals: The AHO is planning to deliver a design finalisation, construction (DF&C) with successful completion of twelve, three bedroom (12 x 3B) two storey dwellings with double garages at 382 - 384 Wingham Road, Taree NSW. 2430 (Note * site will be merged). The works are being undertaken in the Mid North Coast Region of New South Wales.
