Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to undertake the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a reticulation pump station upgrade at Auburn Botanical Gardens. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of the existing irrigation pump system and electrical control cabinet Installation of new filtration equipment Installation of flow monitoring equipment Pump headworks modifications Construction of a new pump shed and concrete slab Electrical upgrades Installation of a dam aeration system Contract Terms and Conditions Contract type: Mini Minor Works The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules Contract term: five months Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection.
