About this tender

Council is seeking submissions from experienced contractors/tenderers to supply and install new Sliding Automated gates to the cottage entrance and install new canter lever gates and fencings to main entrance of Depot as per RFx documents. Works to include all excavation work, foundation works to gates and driveway crossovers, all electrical works, swipe access control panels at both gate entrances, RFID readers for automated entry at both entrances, and telephone ENTRY communications to 3 x locations from both gates. The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract. Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory) All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on 18th June 2026 at 10 am.
