Requirements: Opportunity requirements 1. Refer to attached RFT document suite This contract is for Upgradation and replacement of Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units in St Helena & Tugun Bypass Tunnels server rooms. This work consists of but not limited to the upgrading and replacing the existing CRAC Units and locating/potholing utilities on site. A Pre-Tender Meeting including a site inspection will be held onsite at Tugun Bypass Tunnel Control Building, 2 Sussyer Ave Tweed Heads West. (Inside the building at server room) on Tuesday 05 May 2026 at 10:00am Sydney time. Attendance at both the pre-tender meeting and site inspection is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Please confirm your attendance at the pre-tender meeting by COB, Friday 01 May 2026 by sending an email with attendee details to: Juliane.Latu@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject line “Pre-Tender Meeting and Site Visit attendance confirmation 26.0000129384.0216.” All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
