About this tender
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants with the capability and experience to plan, design and project manage the implementation of an expansion of the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport carpark, including: • Concept design and Project Approvals, • Detailed design, and • Construction Phase Services, Handover and Close-out. Background information / Compatibility requirements The expansion is to be in line with the preferred concept design option as per the Bitzios Ground Transport Master Plan recently adopted by Council. A layout plan for the preferred option is included in the tender documents. Fees associated with Project Management and Contract Administration are to be apportioned across the three phases. Council reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to proceed with all portions, individual portions only, or not proceed beyond any particular portion.
