Bandon Road Upgrade & Extension Project (Sections 3 & 4) - (“BRUE”) AND Fifteenth Avenue Upgrade - Independent Certifier Services - Registration of Interest

Overview Transport for NSW requires suitably experienced Independent Certifier Services for the Bandon Road Upgrade & Extension Project (Sections 3 & 4) ("BRUE") and the Fifteenth Avenue Upgrade ("FAU") through this Registration of Interest. Purpose The BRUE and FAU Projects require the services of an Independent Certifier to support the delivery of the main works contract. The Independent Certifiers will be responsible for independently certifying that the works comply with the requirements of the D&C Deed and provide design and construction certification for the key stakeholders of the Project where required by TfNSW. Scope The scope of services includes but is not limited to: Reviewing and certifying the D&C Contractor's design Consolidating, transferring, deferring, rejecting, closing and consolidating design comments, including the resolution of contradictory comments Reviewing and approving specific project plans Reviewing contractual compliance programs, including audits and surveillance Administrating and the determination of defects Monitoring and inspection of the contract's processes for release of hold and witness points Providing a regular, formal reporting system on progress of the package, including design, certification and construction, and overall quality management Instructions to Tenderers Any Price and Non-price percentage published under Evaluation/Weighting as part of this Opportunity advertisement is the default setting of a mandatory field and does not apply to this Opportunity.
