Overview Gilgandra Shire Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to research, conduct public consultation sessions and prepare an update to the Gilgandra DCP 2011, exclusively to all residential chapters, including outcomes associated with both subdivision and building matters. Purpose The project objective seeks to unlock residential development potential by supporting sustainable residential growth, enhancing housing diversity, and responding to local community needs through modern residential planning controls and place based planning. Scope The scope includes: Research relevant to the update of residential chapters of the Gilgandra DCP 2011 Conducting public consultation sessions Preparing an update to all residential chapters of the Gilgandra DCP 2011, including outcomes associated with both subdivision and building matters Preparing a new seniors living chapter Conducting a general review of Chapter 2, 'Submitting an Application' Conducting a general review of Chapter 3, 'Notification of the Gilgandra DCP 2011' Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced consultant Instructions to Tenderers Quotations must be completed on the Quotation Form and submitted via email with the heading "Q37/26 Gilgandra Development Control Plan Update to Residential Chapters" to council@gilgandra.nsw.gov.au.
