About this tender
Overview HealthShare NSW is inviting expressions of interest for the lease of seven retail tenancies located at the centre of the Blacktown Hospital campus. The tenancies are situated across Ground floor (Level 3) of the Clinical Services and Main Entry Buildings, and operators may lease one or several tenancies. Scope The scope includes: Lease of one or several of the seven retail tenancies located on Ground floor (Level 3) of the Clinical Services and Main Entry Buildings at Blacktown Hospital Tenancies ranging from 18 to 236 square metres, with individual leases issued per tenancy Expansive shopfronts and full base building services available to tenancies Operation within a trading environment with strong seven day foot traffic HealthShare NSW is specifically inviting expressions of interest from the following types of operators: Pharmacy operator Café / specialty coffee operator Food court operators, including Halal, South Asian, Middle Eastern and vegetarian cuisines Sushi bar / fresh food QSR Convenience store / newsagency Florist and gift retailer Instructions to Tenderers This is a two-stage tender process consisting of an Expression of Interest (EOI) stage and a Request for Tender (RFT) stage. Suitable suppliers identified at the EOI stage will be selected to participate in the RFT stage. Refer to 'WSLHD_5830_EOI Part B - Tender Specifications' for the project goals and detailed scope.
