What the buyer is requesting Details The contractor is to provide an hourly rate in the schedule of rates table provided in T2026-007 Volume 2 - Tender Returnable Schedules for regular tasks or throughout the duration of the contract be asked to provide quotes as requested on professional services and works including but not limited to bush regeneration, vegetation management services & basic landscaping services including low-volume (knapsack) herbicide application within Council-managed or owned road reserves, private land, river bank restoration, public reserves or any council related projects. All works are to be carried out under the direction of NVC council staff members. The contractor is responsible for supplying all labour, tools, plant and equipment required to undertake the works, all plants and materials for planting, garden bed maintenance & mulching of gardens will be provided by council or otherwise council staff will request by quotation from contractor. The contractor must provide all traffic control services for the duration of the works, including preparation of traffic control plans, and the provision and maintenance of signs and traffic controllers as required. Works include bush regeneration, low-volume weed spraying (including within township CBD areas), and planting and garden bed maintenance labouring duties, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Council environmental and workplace health and safety requirements. Contractor must hold valid minimum Chemcert AQF3. All herbicide application is to be performed within the label constraints, APVMA minor off-use permits and according to the Safety Data Sheet requirements.
