About this tender
Overview Northern Beaches Council invites tenders for the provision of cash collection services, covering over-the-counter cash collections and parking cash collections. Tenderers may price both parts or only one part. About Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community. Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect the environment. Scope The scope includes: Provision of over-the-counter cash collection services and parking cash collection services Provision of all labour, equipment and vehicles required to perform cash collection services Delivery of change orders for nominated Council sites, including customer service, libraries, recreation business, property, community arts and culture, and events Delivery of cash collected to designated banks Provision of guard services for cash handling to Council, if required and as agreed with Council Delivery of services in accordance with the Cash in Transit Code of Practice (CoP) Information Requested Pass and Fail Criteria Schedule F1, Tender Form (information only) Schedule F2, Departures and Qualifications (Pass/Fail) Schedule F4, Financial Information (Pass/Fail) Schedule F7, Work Health and Safety (Pass/Fail) Schedule F9, Conflict of Interest and Fair Dealing Declaration (Pass/Fail) Schedule F10, Insurances (Pass/Fail) Weighted Criteria Schedule F3 and F5, Business and Performance Information, weighted 30% Schedule F8, Demonstrated Experience Personnel, weighted 10% Schedule F11 and F6, Proposed Methodology including QA, weighted 25% Schedule F12, Fee including Pricing Schedule and Ongoing Fees, weighted 35% Instructions to Tenderers Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099, by the nominated time and date.
