Overview The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is seeking respondents to provide ongoing cleaning services across UNSW facilities in the Wagga Wagga and Port Macquarie regions. The main UNSW campus is located on a 38-hectare site at Kensington, seven kilometres from the centre of Sydney. Other major campuses are the College of Fine Arts in the Sydney suburb of Paddington and UNSW Canberra at the Australia Defence Force Academy. Purpose The purpose of the Services is to provide ongoing cleaning services across UNSW facilities in the Wagga Wagga and Port Macquarie regions, for a period of 3 years with an extension option of 2 x 1 year periods. Scope The RFP comprises two service packages: Port Macquarie region cleaning services Wagga Wagga region cleaning services Tenderers may submit proposals for either one or both service packages. Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of 3 years, with an extension option of 2 x 1-year periods Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached version of the Schedule Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion Submissions must be fully received by the stated Closing Date and Time UNSW is not bound to accept the lowest priced quote or all or any part of a quote, and reserves the right to conduct the RFP process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted Enquiries All enquiries in relation to this RFP should be directed to the online forum.
