The current toilet block is showing signs of age, it is 50 years plus old, there is some deterioration of the building fabric including minor spalling of brickwork and some timber rot though not suspected of being detrimental to the building’s structural adequacy. The fit out, cubicle doors, wash benches and tapware are in poor condition and are in need of replacement. The floor and wall tiles have been patched in the past and though functional, is not the best look for the park There is a non-mandatory site inspection scheduled for 22/06/2026 at 10am. Background information / Compatibility requirements The project is listed in the Kempsey Shire Council Crown Land Plan of Management, P99. The CLPM document references the Crescent Head Holiday Park Concept Plan 2021 – as reported at agenda item 9.1 of the 16 March 2021 Ordinary Council meeting and adopted at its meeting of 20 April 2021. The Revised Concept Plan was reviewed and further endorsed in the June 2024 council meeting with unanimous support for the plan. The project is listed in the 2026-27 draft Operational Plan, EC.DP2 - EC.OP5.
