Edwards Pty Ltd (NSW) is seeking a subcontractor to manage the complete delivery of all landscaping works at 2 Lanceley Place, Artarmon, as a fixed price Design & Construct (D&C) package. Scope The scope includes: Supply and installation of all plant material, including scheduled trees and mixed planting, with allowances for substitutions or downsizing where certain species or pot sizes are unavailable Tree staking as required Cultivation, topsoiling, and laying of turf to the specified depth and standards for grass and turf areas Mulching of all garden beds to a minimum depth of 75mm Provision and installation of custom planter troughs, complete with geofabric, drainage cell, and coreflute protection at the base Installation of external benches, tables, and chairs Provision and installation of a battery-operated, semi-automatic irrigation system for gardens and planters, including all associated electrical and plumbing connections Contractor Requirements Full coordination with other trades throughout the contract period Strict compliance with all quality and statutory requirements throughout the contract period Provision of all necessary documentation and personnel training to support the client Full integration of all elements to meet the project's performance, compliance, and documentation standards
