ACJV is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified subcontractors to test and commission 500kV and 330kV primary equipment across all nominated substations and energy hubs within the project. The scope includes comprehensive high voltage (HV) testing to verify the dielectric integrity, mechanical condition, operational performance, and safety compliance of all primary plant prior to energisation. Testing activities cover busbars, disconnectors, surge arresters, capacitive voltage transformers, circuit breakers, instrument transformers, and power transformers in accordance with applicable IEC and IEEE standards. The supplier shall provide qualified personnel, calibrated testing equipment, detailed testing procedures, inspection and test plans, commissioning documentation, and final test reports for each site. These activities are critical to ensuring personnel safety, equipment reliability, network integrity, and compliance with Australian and international commissioning standards under extra high voltage operating conditions.
