Overview The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the provision of Head Contractor Services for the design and construction of works at the City of Ryde Head Offices, 118 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park. Contractor Requirements The preferred tenderer will need to be registered or register with CM3 prior to works commencing: https://www.cm3.com.au/ Site Inspection A Site Walk Through will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is not mandatory. Date: Monday 31st August 2026 Time: 10am Location: Meet in the foyer of 118 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park Tenderers wishing to attend are requested to confirm their attendance by email to the Contact Person noted in Section 1.7, not less than 2 business days prior to the walk through.
