Overview The City of Parramatta is inviting prequalified builders to proceed to the second stage of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the design and construction of the Don Moore Community Centre. About The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences. Scope The scope includes: Site establishment Demolition as documented Construction of the new facility External and landscape works Car park works Accessibility upgrades Contractor Requirements Tenderers must have maintained their accreditations and compliance requirements submitted as part of the EOI phase and assessed as a prequalification for the formal tender phase, to be considered for this tender Site Inspection A site inspection is mandatory. Tenderers will be notified of the date and time. Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box via the tendering portal by 10.00am, Monday 28 September 2026. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
