About this tender

Council controls a variety of buildings and facilities throughout its Local Government area and is seeking to engage a licensed electrical contractor or contractors to carry out work on electrical systems in these buildings as described below. 1. Specific Programmed Maintenance (Schedule 2a) 2. Reactive Type Maintenance (Schedule 2b) 3. Electrical Installations The Contractor is to carry out inspections, tests and reporting in accordance with Councils current program which meets the requirements of relevant AS/NZS standards including but not limited to the following: AS2293-2019, AS3760-2022 and AS1851- 2012, AS/NZS3000:2018, AS/NZS4836:2011. Inspection may include all electrical switches, power points, lights (including any sensors), exit and emergency lights (as detailed in Annexure C), circuits, sub boards, RCD’s and meter boards. Detailed reports with inspection and testing results that satisfy current standards and requirements are to be provided to Building Maintenance Coordinator.
