Overview Narrabri Shire Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from artists and creatives for art and light installations for its annual NarraBRIGHT event, with the 2027 theme of Nature. About Proudly presented by Narrabri Shire Council, NarraBRIGHT is a dynamic light and street festival that celebrates the vibrancy of the community, local businesses and town centre. Since its inception, NarraBRIGHT has grown into a signature event, attracting large audiences who gather to experience Narrabri's illuminated CBD, large-scale projection features, artistic installations, inclusive activities, live music, food, shopping and entertainment for all ages. The event provides opportunities for artists, creatives and suppliers to showcase their work, engage with the community and contribute to a vibrant and memorable event experience. Objectives A key objective of NarraBRIGHT is to deliver a visually captivating event that celebrates creativity and artistry, while creating an inclusive space for residents and visitors to come together and experience the diverse entertainment, installations and activities the event has to offer.
