Overview The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a manuscript submission and peer review platform for CSIRO Publishing's journals. Scope Provision of a manuscript submission and peer review platform for CSIRO Publishing's journals Service delivery to commence 1 July 2027, following an implementation and transition period of up to 6 months expected to begin in early 2027 Contract Terms and Conditions The Manuscript Editorial Platform must be developed with implementation and transition complete, ready for use from 1 July 2027 Contractor Requirements Conditions for Participation Subject to clause 5.8, Unintentional Errors of Form, CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the conditions for participation set out in this clause have not been met by the Tenderer. Only requirements listed in this clause will be deemed conditions for participation. The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the RFT Closing Time and Date At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal), where the claim has not been paid Where the Tenderer is a Relevant Employer, the Tenderer must be compliant with its obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (the WGE Act) The Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified in Attachment A, the Statement of Requirements (SOR) Enquiries Contact: Procurement Officer Email: csirorft2026006@csiro.au
