Overview Central Coast Council is calling for expressions of interest from food and retail vendors to participate in Love Lanes Festival 2027, to be held on Saturday, 13 February 2027 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Wyong CBD and surrounding laneways. About Love Lanes Festival will mark its 10th anniversary in 2027. The festival transforms Wyong's streets, laneways and hidden spaces into a celebration of creativity, culture and community, attracting thousands of visitors and showcasing local businesses, artists, performers, food experiences and unique retail offerings. Eligibility Applications are open to: Food vendors Food trucks Retail stallholders Artisan and handmade product businesses Local makers and creators Unique retail experiences that complement the festival atmosphere Vendors with outstanding debts to Central Coast Council are not eligible to participate. Contractor Requirements Successful applicants must: Provide their own marquee or food truck Supply all equipment required to operate their stall Bring their own tables, lighting and operational equipment Supply their own water source Operate independently without access to onsite power Comply with all relevant food safety, health and insurance requirements No power will be supplied onsite. Information Requested Site allocations will be determined following the assessment process and are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be assessed on factors including: Suitability for the event Product diversity Presentation and professionalism Contribution to the overall festival experience Applicants are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to support the assessment process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. How to Apply Applications are open from 25 September 2026 and close 16 October 2026. Applications are to be submitted via the application form. Bump-in and bump-out details, including site maps and operating requirements, will be provided to successful applicants closer to the event date.
