Overview The University of Sydney is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Mechanical Supplier to deliver the 2027 Chillers and Cooling Towers Replacement Program under a Design and Construct arrangement across the Darlington, Camperdown and Camden campuses. Purpose This EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Its purpose is to identify and shortlist suitably qualified and experienced respondents for separate discipline-specific Request for Tender (RFT) processes. Scope The scope includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of approximately 13 replacement mechanical assets across 9 buildings, including: Associated pumps, valves and pipework Electrical works BMCS integration Make-good works As-built documentation Operations and Maintenance manuals Information Requested Respondents are requested to: Submit a completed EOI Response Form via the supplied link Submit responses to all EOI questions that require a written response in the Response Form as an attachment via the TenderLink TenderBox attachment function, with responses to all applicable questions consolidated into one document Instructions to Tenderers The EOI Response Form can be accessed via the following link: EOI – University of Sydney chiller and cooling tower 2027 replacement program – Fill out form All formal EOI communications, including RFIs, must be submitted in writing through the TenderLink online forum.
