About this tender
ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences. ABOUT THE TENDER: The City of Parramatta Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the establishment of an Event Services Panel to support the delivery of events across the organisation. Council is seeking to appoint suppliers across the following service categories: Security Services; Event Crew Services; Event Creative Services, Technical Production, Event Structures and Furniture Hire; Traffic Management Services; Waste Management Services; Electrical Equipment Hire Services. The panel will support the efficient, safe and high-quality delivery of Council's annual events program, including major events such as Parramatta Lanes, New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year and Christmas Carols, as well as a range of smaller events throughout the year. Tenderers may submit for one or more categories, and panel appointments will be made on a category by category basis REGISTRATION: Tender documents may be obtained ENQUIRIES: Enquiries should be directed. Please Note: The Tender Forum closes 2 business days before the Tender closing date. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box by 10.00am Monday, 20th July 2026. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 10.00am, Monday 20th July 2026 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
