NSW Department of Education seeks providers for the removal, transportation and recycling of demountables (including disposal of other non-recycled materials). Project goals NSW Department of Education regularly monitors the temporary accommodation needs of NSW education premises. The review has identified several demountables that are no longer able to be refurbished and require disposal. The intent of the expression of interest is to ascertain knowledge of the market to provide the services to crane the demountables from the school premises and transport to a facility where materials can be recycled and non-recycled materials be safely disposed. Currently there is potential of at least 30 demountables (approximately 4 modules per demountables) identified for end of life. The intention is for all hazardous materials to be removed by other contractors from the demountables and remediate the sites once removed. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
