Summary of Request Dubbo Regional Council (the principal) is inviting Expression of Interest from suitable qualified businesses or individuals in Dubbo Regional Council LGA who are interested in Providing services at Whylandra Waste and Recycling Centre, Cooba Rd Dubbo NSW 2830 for the safe collection, transport, storage, and recycling of decommissioned end-of-life solar photovoltaic modules, maximizing material recovery and diversion from landfill. Scope of works The scope includes the management of the following components: • Standard silicon-based residential and commercial PV panels (intact and damaged/broken). • Attached aluminium frames and junction boxes. • Associated balance of system components, including inverters and racking systems (where applicable) Panels will be presented at the designated consolidation point ready for collection.
