About this tender
Overview The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking to explore options for an enterprise-wide external learning library that provides access to learning resources to support organisational capability and development. Scope The learning library's intended audience is ABS employees, including office-based staff and field interviewers. High-Level Requirements The scope includes: Provision of scalable, consistent, and accessible learning opportunities to a geographically dispersed office and field-based workforce for up to approximately 3,800 employees Improving learners' experiences through access to a range of high-quality modern learning resources and delivery formats Strengthening learners' data, digital and leadership capability, and workforce productivity Enabling reliable measurement and reporting of learning participation and completion Providing a user-friendly and intuitive learner experience Providing on demand, cloud-based access from any location within Australia, available for use in office, remote or field-based working environments Integrating with an existing Learning Management System through secure protocols such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), Application Programming Interface (API), or a Private Link Delivering learning content through a range of learning modalities Capabilities The learning library should support learners across a range of disciplines, and could include the following capabilities: Data and Digital: Artificial Intelligence, Python, R, Cloud Literacy, Security and privacy by design, GraphQL, Excel, Statistical Quality and Risk, Data Science and Analytics Organisational and Professional: Project Management, Knowledge Management, Managing through Change, Strategic Thinking Leadership and People: Leadership, People Management Learning Library Resources The learning library resources may include: eLearning courses Video-based learning Learning pathways Knowledge resources Microlearning content Other contemporary digital learning resources Reporting and Analytics The solution should ideally be able to deliver and enable reliable reporting and analytics capabilities, such as: Tracking learner participation Monitoring course enrolments and completions Measuring utilisation of learning resources Organisational reporting on learning activities and engagement Supporting evaluation of learning uptake and outcomes Instructions to Tenderers Register your interest for a one on one service demonstration via email to tenders@abs.gov.au Responses to the RFI should be lodged via email to tenders@abs.gov.au Enquiries RFI Contact Officer Email: tenders@abs.gov.au
