About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) requires accessibility assessment services to support the Funding and Disclosure Reform Program (FAD). The services are intended to provide assurance that key digital platforms are compliant with applicable accessibility requirements and support inclusive access for users. Objectives The objectives of this engagement are to: Assess the accessibility of the FAD system against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA requirements Assess the accessibility of the ServiceNow platform through a targeted accessibility pulse check Identify accessibility defects, risks and improvement opportunities Provide remediation guidance to support rectification activities Validate remediation actions undertaken by the AEC Provide evidence-based assurance of accessibility conformance through a Statement of Conformance for the FAD system where appropriate
