About this tender
Overview Energy Corporation of NSW (EnergyCo) is establishing a Power Systems Analysis Services Panel, with a three (3) year term anticipated to commence in September 2026. Purpose The objective of this procurement is to establish a multi-supplier Power Systems Analysis Services Panel to provide EnergyCo with access to high quality power systems modelling, analysis, and study capabilities to support the planning, development, delivery, and assurance of major projects. Objectives The panel is intended to: Enable EnergyCo to engage suitably qualified suppliers to deliver timely, fit-for-purpose modelling and study outputs across project lifecycle phases Support decision-making through robust technical analysis Assess system behaviour and technical limits Identify and quantify risks Provide independent technical validation, while supplementing internal capability as required Provide a flexible and scalable mechanism for sourcing specialist power systems analysis services Ensure continuity, value for money, and alignment with NSW Government procurement objectives Scope The procurement seeks to establish a panel of suppliers capable of providing power systems analysis services in support of EnergyCo's energy infrastructure program. The scope includes: Power system modelling, system studies, and associated technical analysis across a range of scenarios and project stages Load flow, stability, and EMT studies Model development and management Preparation of technical outputs to inform system planning and engineering decisions Delivery of services, which will be technical in nature and may be commissioned through individual work orders over the term of the panel Contract Terms and Conditions Panel term: three (3) years Anticipated commencement: September 2026 Enquiries Primary contact: Arian Zahedmanesh arian.zahedmanesh@energyco.nsw.gov.au
