About this tender

Overview The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) is seeking submissions from service providers with experience in reviewing and updating portfolio-based web content to support the refresh of the GRDC Capacity & Ability webpages. About The Capacity & Ability portfolio has grown significantly in scale and scope in recent years. The existing webpages no longer reflect the full breadth of investment, engagement pathways or strategic intent. Addressing this gap will require a combination of digital capability and content expertise. GRDC is responsible for a number of investments within the Capacity & Ability portfolio, aligned to the age groups they service in industry, representing the diverse audiences that will visit these webpages. There is an intention to increase the number of investments within the next 12 months. All investments will need to be searchable, clearly defined and accessible from the GRDC website. Each investment falls under one of the following Capacity & Ability pillars: Education and Career Pathways Workforce and Regional Capability Scholarships and Research Training Study Tours and Learning Networks Leadership Programs Awards and Recognition Objectives The intent is to deliver web pages that provide a clear, contemporary and accessible representation of GRDC's investment in capacity building, support stakeholder understanding of and engagement with opportunities to participate in GRDC programs, and demonstrate transparency in how grower levies are invested. GRDC seeks responses that will accomplish the following objectives: Deliver a clear, contemporary and audience-appropriate structure for the Capacity & Ability web pages that accurately reflects the breadth, purpose and strategic intent of GRDC's capacity-building investments Enhance the user experience, navigation and discoverability of Capacity & Ability content for external audiences, including growers, advisers, researchers, students, teachers, industry stakeholders and potential program participants Translate complex portfolio information into accessible, purposeful and engaging web content that demonstrates GRDC's investment in building industry capacity, capability and workforce resilience Scope The scope includes: Reviewing and updating web content across the webpages relevant to the Capacity & Ability portfolio only, noting this is not a full website redevelopment Applying a user-centred, digital-first approach to content development, including identifying and considering key target audiences Developing content optimised for web delivery, search and accessibility Structuring and formatting content for implementation within GRDC's existing website templates and environment, including appropriate use of GRDC's current taxonomy, metadata schemas, CSS templates, calls-to-action and mobile-responsive design considerations Ensuring all investments within the Capacity & Ability portfolio are searchable, clearly defined and accessible from the GRDC website Contractor Requirements Experience in corporate website environments and content management systems Strong capabilities in content design, curation and creation Ability to synthesise complex portfolio information and translate strategic intent into clear, audience-appropriate web content Ability to improve the discoverability, structure, clarity and usability of information for external audiences Instructions to Tenderers Offers will remain open for acceptance by GRDC for a period of 6 months after the Closing Time.
