Scope The scope includes the following service categories: Offset and Digital Printing Envelopes Graphic Design Promotional Products Distribution Services Digital (Paperless) Publications and Distribution Banners and Flag Printing, Installation and Storage Printing on Vinyl Contractor Requirements Respondents may tender for one or multiple service categories, with contracts potentially awarded to multiple suppliers per category.
