About this tender
Overview COORDINARE - South Eastern NSW PHN is providing advance notice of an upcoming competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the delivery of headspace Batemans Bay. About headspace Batemans Bay is an established youth mental health service supporting young people aged 12 to 25 years in Batemans Bay and the surrounding Eurobodalla region. Further information about headspace centres is available at Welcome to headspace centres | headspace or headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Purpose COORDINARE intends to undertake an open market procurement process to select a suitably qualified organisation to operate headspace Batemans Bay for the next commissioning period. This notice is being provided in advance of the RFP to increase market awareness of the upcoming opportunity and provide interested organisations with an opportunity to consider their potential participation. Instructions to Tenderers The RFP is currently under development. Further information about the opportunity, including eligibility requirements, service requirements, funding, assessment criteria and the procurement timetable, will be provided when the RFP is formally released (tentatively in October 2026). Interested organisations are encouraged to monitor COORDINARE's website and TenderLink for the formal release and further information. No response is required to this notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal, invitation to tender or offer of funding, and does not create any commitment by COORDINARE to proceed with the procurement.
How to respond to this tender
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Read the requirements in full
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Answer every criterion with evidence
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Lodge early through the official portal
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
