We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Cultural Awareness Training Providers to develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for our diverse workforce, including corporate staff, site-based engineers, and frontline construction personnel. The primary focus of this package is to enhance the cultural competency of our teams, with a specific emphasis on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and contemporary issues within the context of the Greater Western Sydney region and the Australian construction industry.
