Overview Campbelltown City Council invites tenders for inclusion on a panel for Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Systems (HVACS). About Campbelltown is located on Dharawal Country, framed by the Nepean and Georges Rivers, approximately 55 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD. It is the key commercial centre servicing the Macarthur region, with strong connections to the Illawarra region and Western Sydney. The Local Government Area spans 31,200 hectares, including extensive bushland and waterways, with Dharawal and Warranmadhaa National Parks nearby. Campbelltown is one of the fastest-growing regions in Australia, home to more than 180,000 residents, with the population projected to reach around 250,000 by 2036. Thirty-one percent of residents were born overseas, and over sixty percent have parents born overseas. Scope The scope includes: Decommissioning and removal of existing Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Systems (HVACS) Utilising recycling options to ensure all decommissioned HVACS are disposed of safely and in accordance with applicable regulations, legislation or Standards Supply and installation of new HVACS, including Split, Ducted, Cassette, Package, Chillers and any associated components Timely replacement of HVACS due to critical infrastructure system failure, such as in computer rooms or public facilities including libraries, as a matter of urgency Works to be undertaken when and as required to Council owned buildings throughout the Campbelltown Local Government Area (LGA) Contractor Requirements Tenderers must demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required works to Council Contract Terms and Conditions The Panel will be formed under a deed of standing offer (Deed) for an initial period of three years, with two options to extend for a further 12 months each Deed Award: September/October 2026 Works to commence: September/October 2026 Term services may be required: Three years with two options for extension of 12 months each This timetable is an approximation and is to be used as a guide only.
