Requirements: Opportunity requirements 1. Refer to attached RFT document suite Transport for NSW has a requirement to engage a Contractor to provide design services to redevelop Hurstville West Laydown Maintenance Area into a single-level laydown area. The Services comprise the design and coordination of civil, structural, and access works to redevelop the site into a single-level laydown and maintenance area. This includes earthworks, retaining walls, drainage, vehicular and pedestrian access, and rail interface upgrades (fencing, buffer stop, and access to rail assets). Please note the Request for Tender document does not currently include Attachment 2 - Professional Services Contract L3, this will be provided during the tender period as an addendum. A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held, please refer to the Request for Tender documents for more details. Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the password to the Request for Tender documentation and the Scope of Services (via Kiteworks). All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period. All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
