About this tender
Overview Yass Valley Council is seeking a contractor to structurally reline two sewer carriers in Yass as part of the Yass Sewer Main Relining FY26-27 works. Scope The scope includes: Structural relining of Carrier 1, a 400mm diameter concrete pipe extending approximately 297m from Reddall St to the Yass Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Structural relining of Carrier 2, a 400mm diameter VC pipe extending approximately 365m from Reddall St to the existing disused railway line, including optional works Reconstruction of a deteriorated drop junction to WSAA standard at TW/9 Contract Terms and Conditions Council may elect to proceed with the Optional Works at the time of award of the Contract by written notification Council is not obliged to proceed with the Optional Works If Council does not issue written notification exercising the option at the time of award, the option expires Award of the Contract does not, by itself, constitute an instruction to carry out the Optional Works unless the award letter expressly includes those works Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory tenderer briefing will be held, followed by a site inspection.
