Overview Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for the Lakewood Area 15 Gravity Sewer Trunk Mains project. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A pre-tender briefing will be held on Tuesday 13th October 2026. Details of the briefing are set out in sections 3.1 and 4.2 of Part A, Conditions of Tendering. All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than the question closing date of 28th September 2026, as set out in sections 3.1 and 4.2 of Part A, Conditions of Tendering. Any enquiry received after 2 November 2026 will not be answered unless PMHC Procurement considers it to be in the interests of all respondents. Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
