About this tender

Overview Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV), comprising Webuild, Clough and Lane, is seeking a vendor to provide linehaul transportation services in support of the Snowy 2.0 EPC Project. About FGJV is the main contractor for the Snowy 2.0 EPC Project, a pumped hydro project that will increase the generation capacity of the Snowy Mountains Scheme by up to 2,200MW and, at full capacity, provide approximately 350,000MW/h of energy storage. The project includes all activities associated with the requirements for the Snowy 2.0 Pumped Hydro-electric Scheme. Scope The vendor is required to state its interest in providing the following scope: Linehaul transportation services to and from FGJV sites associated with the Snowy 2.0 Project Instructions to Tenderers To ensure deliveries to the Snowy 2.0 Project reach their intended destination, the following process must be followed: Suppliers must pre-advise at least 7 days in advance by email to delivery@futuregenerationjv.com.au, providing a copy of the Packing List/Delivery Docket showing dimensions (LxWxH in cms) and weight (in kgs) of all packages, and indicating the type of delivery vehicle (i.e. Rigid, Semi, Float etc) An MSDS must be attached with the Packing List/Delivery Docket if any hazardous goods are to be delivered Deliveries or pickups must be booked prior to 3pm the day before arrival via email to trafficandtransport@futuregenerationjv.com.au. With acceptance and confirmation from FGJV, the vendor will be added to the approved site entry schedule used by the gatehouse to verify compliance All Oversize/Overmass (OSOM) bookings must be made 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery/pickup day and accompanied by a valid HVNR permit, which must be supplied with every booking irrespective of history Any delivery dispatched without confirmation from FGJV staff will likely be refused entry to site
